Common questions before submitting a case.
Do I pay before my case is reviewed?
No upfront recovery fee is required for the initial assessment. Any fee arrangement is subject to case eligibility and a signed service agreement.
When does the 10% success fee apply?
The intended model is a 10% fee calculated on funds actually recovered and returned to the client, not on the original reported loss. Final terms must be stated in the signed agreement.
Can every crypto transaction be recovered?
No. Blockchain activity can often be traced, but tracing does not mean funds can be frozen, seized or returned. Outcomes depend on the transaction path, service providers involved, timing, evidence and applicable legal processes.
Why do you ask for a TxID or wallet address?
Public blockchain identifiers can be used to verify transaction paths without giving anyone control over your wallet. Never provide a seed phrase or private key.
How will I be contacted?
Email is the formal contact channel for submitted cases. We currently communicate through case@cypher-trace.com and do not require a phone number to submit an assessment.
